Frequently Asked Questions

A facial is a skincare procedure that consists of several procedures, including cleansing, exfoliation, steaming, massage therapy, mask application, and moisturizing. The goal is to cure particular skin issues like dryness, ageing, or acne while also thoroughly cleaning the skin and removing dead skin cells.

Facials can help lessen the appearance of aging by encouraging the skin’s production of collagen and elastin. The vital proteins collagen and elastin are responsible for the skin’s firmness and suppleness. Additionally, facials can lessen the visibility of wrinkles, age spots, and fine lines.

Indeed, by eliminating dead skin cells, encouraging cell turnover, and enhancing blood circulation, facials can make skin appear more radiant. A more luminous and glowing complexion may arise from this.

Facials can help treat acne by clearing out excess oil, unclogging pores, and lowering inflammation. Blackheads and whiteheads can be extracted by an esthetician to stop breakouts in the future.

Absolutely, facials are good for dry or sensitive skin. An esthetician can use gentle skincare products that won’t irritate the skin and customise the facial to target specific skin conditions. A hydrating facial can help replenish moisture and enhance the texture of dry skin.

The aims and concerns of each person’s skin determine how frequently they get facials. For best results, getting a facial every four to six weeks is advised.

It is possible to tailor facials to fit any type of skin. It’s critical to discuss any skin issues or sensitivities with your esthetician.

A facial treatment may take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the particular procedure and any additional services.

The only difference between Advanced Teeth Whitening and Basic Teeth Whitening Is the time. Basic Teeth Whitening is a 60-minute process whereas, Advanced Teeth Whitening is a 90-minute process.

SB: Based on FDA guidelines, you cannot whiten for more than 90 minutes in one sitting period.

If you’ve never had your teeth whitened, we always suggest going with the advanced treatment to achieve your whitest results.  whereas, Advanced Teeth Whitening is a 90-minute process.

As your teeth whitening specialist, we will educate all of our clients on proper maintenance and aftercare of their teeth whitening treatment.

Results can last anywhere between 6 to 12 months with proper maintenance.

The white diet consists of only white foods and white drinks following your teeth whitening treatment.

If you do not want to follow the white diet it is suggested that you purchase our mineral pen. The mineral pen closes the pores of your teeth, strengthens your enamel, and alleviates any sensitivity. Most importantly, you can resume your regular diet.

This depends on what shade your teeth are before whitening and what shade you would like your teeth to be. On average, most of our clients achieve their desired shade within 2 appointments 4-6 weeks apart.

To avoid sensitivity and opening the pores of your teeth before your teeth whitening treatment we ask that you do NOT brush your teeth 3 hours before your treatment.
