Booking Policy

All bookings require a deposit which is NON REFUNDABLE.

The remaining balance is paid in CASH, only.

Client consent form MUST be filled out upon arrival before your service.

We do not service anyone under the age of 18 years without parental consent.

No extra guests are allowed. This will result in a cancellation of your appointment.

If you are running late or need to reschedule please contact us as soon as possible through text.

If you are not in the studio 10 minutes after your appointment time, there is a LATE FEE OF $15.00. AFTER 15 MINUTES YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your appointment MORE THAN 24 HOURS from your appointment date, the deposit will be directed to your following schedule appointment, be sure to book you following within 5 days.

CANCELLATIONS IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED TO A FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT.

NO CALL, NO SHOW DEPOSIT WILL NOT REFUNDED OR TRANSFERRED TO A FOLLOWING APPOINTMENT.
